About us

Our house, with a beautiful view of the Adriatic sea, is located in a quiet part of Rogoznica (Lozica IV), perfect for a successful vacation. We are offering our guests 6 new and well equipped apartments of three different sizes (small for 2 persons, studio for 3-4 people and large for 4 persons with separate bedroom). All our apartments are tastefully furnished and bright. Each apartment has a separate entrance, terrace, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. On every terrace there are tables, chairs and parasols. Towels and linens, soap, dish towels and sponges for dishwashing are provided in every apartment.

Private parking lot, free of charge is available for our guests in front of the house. There is a rocky beach, as well as pebble beach, with crystal-clear sea just few minutes walk from the house. We have our own spot on the rocky beach for our guests. There is a very nice beach-café near where you can enjoy your morning coffee or cool off during a hot day with an ice-cream, fresh juice or cold beer under the shade.

The center of the town, with many nice restaurants, caffe bars, shops and activities for children is around 2 km away. You can take an evening walk in the magnificent sunset, by the sea all the way to the center in 20 minutes. Fresh bread is delivered every morning to a location close to the house (2 minutes of walk).

We are staying in the ground floor of the house which means that we are available 24/7 and will always do our best to create a pleasant and enjoyable stay for our guests. Because of our hospitality and comfort of our apartments many of our guests are coming back to us year after year and recommend us to others.

Besides relaxation and swimming, Rogoznica and its surroundings offer plenty of other activities and sights. There are 2 stunning national parks in the region, Kornati and Krka that are definitely worth visiting. You can also take excursion to beautiful Dalmatian cities close to Rogoznica, such as Trogir (20 km), Split (55 km), Primošten (5 km) and Šibenik (35 km).

Airport Kaštela (Split) is located 28 km from the apartments.

For the young and young at heart there is a discotheque in Marina Frapa (Rogoznica) and AURORA night club, one of the most famous disco bars on the Adriatic coastline. For more adventurous people there is rafting on the river Cetina just outside the town of Omiš.
